Rear wheel bearings?
Getting ready to order up on rear wheel bearings, mine are noisy about 40 mph. Any thoughts from experience on All Balls bearings, or what's the best to use?

Re: Rear wheel bearings?
Just got done installing a set of front & rear All Balls bearings on my '90 XII. IMO the quality is not as good as OEM but for the price difference of what you get (All Balls sets give you the seals as well as the bearings) can live with the difference and just change them out a little more regularly. Been running them for awhile on my Concours, no problems. HTH.

Re: Rear wheel bearings?
Replaced my rear bearings about 5 years back and got them from Carl Leo. Price (can't remember now) was very reasonable and from him I knew without a doubt that they would be the correct part and would be a quality part as well.
Call him to find out!

Can you share the type/model/part number of the bearings? I'm interested andScott-(Altoona, PA) wrote:Replaced my rear bearings about 5 years back and got them from Carl Leo. Re: Rear wheel bearings?
I honestly do not know, I called Carl and told him what I needed. In just a few days I had them and didn't question fitment because they came from him. They fit perfectly and are working as one would expect.
Sorry I can't provide the part #'s.
