Back in the Saddle Again

Post by Mr Jensee »

Just wanted to post that I actually rode the Voyager yesterday. It was against my wife's wishes but I had to run an errand to Walmart and I didn't feel like taking the car. The humidity was down yesterday so the ride wasn't unpleasant. It felt really good to be back in the saddle again. When I cant ride I feel like a part of me is missing. I dont know if anyone else gets to feeling this way. Anyhow it was a short trip but one that felt good and it is good to know I can still hold it up. Today I started Cardiac Rehab so if the exercise machines dont kill me it should make me stronger.

Great to hear ------ I was in cardiac rehab for 20 sessions and they turned me lose. Not too bad once you get your leg muscles back in some kind of shape. I'm back to playing golf twice a week and riding the trike when the weather cooperates.
