Is there any dimensions for the weatherstripping on the lids? Found some on Amazon that are close but?

Re: Weather stripping for trunks and bags?
You could try contacting Carl Leo. Let us know what you find. Should prove very useful. My bags have leaked a little water in the past few years. Would not mind replacing the gaskets. Alternatively, you could pick up a digital caliper from HF, for cheap, and see what they are yourself (very handy for measuring diameters of tubes on the bike...). I've got one. I'll try to do that this week, along with the other To-Do items I have on the list, this week. Cheers!

Re: Weather stripping for trunks and bags?
I think I found a couple that would work on Amazon.
I checked the oem route, ouch!
Size wise, the rounded part on mine are squished!
Looks like 3/8 or possible 7/16 for "bulb".
The flange is 1/16 with a depth of 3/8ths.
Will let you know what happens.

I pulled cotton rope through all mine. Makes them seal back up again. It is a b*tch to do, but worth it to get good seals on the trunk and bags .

Re: Weather stripping for trunks and bags?
Looks like 3/8 or 7/16 inch bulb will do. Need 5ft for for each bag, 7 ft for trunk. Did do the trick that Bulrid8 suggested, it is hard to get rope thru. Mason string and air nozzle did the trick.
Here is the what I bought from Amazon. The 7/16 ", you have to buy 100 foot roll!

Another question, can we replace springs on the latches?? A few are broke and don't want to replace the whole latch.
Thanks for the rope suggestion Bulrid8!

Re: Weather stripping for trunks and bags?
I used some clear plastic tubing instead of rope. The size of the hole in the tubing was right to jam a 3' welding rod into it. I welded two rods together to string up the whole thing at once. Like all things of this nature, Vaseline helps.it is hard to get rope thru

Re: Weather stripping for trunks and bags?
I straightened the seal out and ran an electrical fish tape through it. Used a thin wire to create a grip for the rope and pulled it through. It takes time and effort. Lots of lube!!!!
