Seal on saddlebags and tourpack?
Just curious to know how water tight the saddlebags and trunk are on the late model voyagers?

Very, no problems even when I've had a strap hanging out of my bags while riding through heavy rain, no leaks.

Thanks Don, glad to know I don't need to big stuff in the bags.

Agree with Don, seals tight! , Never had a leak on the top box, my ride is a trike, so don't have the saddle bags, but never heard of them leaking.
There are companys that make saddlebag liners, that makes it possible to just lift out the entire liner, so when you check into a motel it makes it easier to bring your gear inside..

One small piece of caution however is the saddlebags have two clasps each. I have learned to simply take the ball of my hand on either side of the handle above the clasps and push down till you hear each side click. When I first bought my bike I noticed a couple times that only one side was properly closed. I have found top and sides both to be very satisfactory as far as water leakage.
Having fun whenever possible is never overrated!
