Does anyone have a valid contact for Carl Leo, I've tried private messaging and emailong both. Its been a few weeks since doing so and still no reply, I would really like to get the water pump o ring kit from him.
Thanks,

We were wondering the same thing. We haven't been able to get a hold of Carl either. The phone number we have is the one listed here.

Re: Carl Leo Contact?
I recently bought something from him -- got it about a week ago. He's around.
I've only been an inmate here for a couple years, but through searches I see a lot of information from folks who apparently aren't around anymore. We're mostly "of a certain age" that's just getting older.
I've never met Mr. Leo. I notice that he recently had a birthday and that he's ten years older than me (I'm retired). Not to be too blunt about it, but when he hangs it up all of our Voyagers will go down in value. The value of those of us who work on our own Voyagers will take a hit, too.
I recommend patience. I sent an email, and a few days later left a phone message about that email. He emailed back, we sorted PayPal, and the part showed up right away. He's clearly a first-class dude; and I can understand if he doesn't really need to be a slave to email or phone messages. I suspect he's doing this for reasons other than to build his business.

I met Carl, and also had him do work on my Voyager. The guy is great and a great person to do business with. Always available
