Hey Gene, lower radiator hose is leaking on the bagger and that is it. I am changing over to irridium spark plugs on both bikes. After that copius amounts of wax and buffing. On another note I picked up a 87 and 95 parts bikes for free last weekend and the 95 is already disassembled. According to Deb they where suppose to keep me occupied when I retire in May. Oh well so much for that. Also I am picking up an '03 in a few weeks. I hope its a runner I don't need another parts bike. I have another idea for a project but my escapade trailer and "77 Suzuki GT500 need to be completed first. Both should be done by March.
Chris you retired guys have way too much time on your hands
I have had mine up on the lift with the wheels off and new tires just sitting here waiting to be mounted. Just received a set of OEM ma-kaw front bearings and seal to be installed, when I get up and around. Taking no chances as Kevins fun out on the road has shown us . And at over 100k the fronts do need to be RPL'ed
Once that is all done it is time for me to close shop and start to pack up. I need to have all the machine's on pallets and secured for shipment somewhere, We don't know where but we have had it with the northeast yankee criminals stealing all the money for us seniors. We need a revolution in this country against the crooks and thieves . I keep looking in the want add's for a job as an executioner but see no listing. I could work 7days a week and my work would never be done.......It is a shame the USA has come to this but a little revolution usually keeps the politicians at bay and less likely to forget who they are supposed to represent........I can't mention any names but they know who they are.....
God bless Texas
I know this ;is way off topic but needed to vent. Pull it if you must, I have been staring at four walls for days now. Can't wait to become self employed working on motorbikes
Going into work tomorrow, I have more pills than I know what to do with. We will see how this plays out..... My advise to young people, Be a bus driver, mailman, CO at a state or Fed prison, Hell do anything not related to metal work..... It will take years off your life no mater how careful you are. Even my blood shown higher than usual levels of lead from the damn foreign alum dust we all have been breathing. It is everwhere, And the waterjet's tank is a shithole of bacteria ready to attack any minor cut or scratch you may have, I have lost track of how many time's I have had cellulitis . This trip to the hospital had a story-book of items that had me close to coma and death. I do hope to make it to the rally . I have been told I am hard to kill
