I pulled the faux tank. All the wires seem to be plugged in tightly. I don't know if there is a fuse, or where it may be at.

There are several current posts, as well as many archived posts, in the General- Voyager XII forum section dealing with cruise control which may help.
When you say no lights come on do you mean the OD light in the meter assembly itself or do you mean the OD light and none of the lights on the CC panel illuminate? Or, does the OD light still work but just the lights of the CC panel do not illuminate?

The box on the faux tank stays dark. I pulled tank to check, but it's plugged in. Nothing lights up at all. I have no idea where the fuses are to check that.

Your cruise control relay may not be working. It is the relay which has the Black/White, Black/Yellow, Yellow/Red and Brown wires going to it. Pay close attention to which terminals the wires go to and substitute one of the other relays as a test for the CC relay. All the info you need is in the Supplement service manual. I don't think it is too major a problem, probably a weathered/corroded connector or the CC relay is bad. Check all of the plastic connectors and use some di-electric grease in the fittings.

Mine had the same problem when i got it - whole system appeared dead - no power light at all... Yours may not be the same fix - but fwiw - I found that one of the buttons on the dash module (on the false tank) was not releasing/connecting...

If I remember right, the power button is momentary contact - temporarily connects power to the circuit - and the off button needs to continuously connect or else it interrupts power and the system shuts off. In my case, the off button was not keeping contact properly - when released - which made the whole system appear dead - like it had no power. The power button sends power, through the NON-depressed "off" button - to the system. The system "thought" the off button was always being pressed if that makes sense - so the power button did nothing.

I had tested the stuffing out of the system and was getting frustrated, and finally just started playing with the power and the off button - and one of the times I pressed the power I saw a light - just for a second - but that gave me the hint...

I opened and took apart the button mechanism - it's pretty simple - and greased up everything - still had a problem if I just "breathed" on it - it would quit again - then I swapped the guts of the two buttons - and !voila! it works... as I said - power button is momentary power, but the off button needs to be continuously contacting (in the "out" position)- to operate the cruise - and then pushing the off button breaks the circuit - interrupting the power to the system...

Hope it works for ya!
Cruised (with cruise) 4 hrs to Asheville this weekend... yay!!!
