Try this, a 6.13Mb pdf file. It may take a long time to download I'm not sure.
ps: Adobe works best to open it with.

Re: Starts Normally, May or May Not have Lights
Triton28 beat me to it.
For some reason it is posted slightly tipped, crooked. But the resolution i got was fantastic.
I'm printing it in sections so I have it in hand.
I am going to see if a printer friend can professionally print and laminate so we can share at cost.
If there's interest.
Maybe larger turnaround of 11" x 8" or better.
Thanks again, Pete Franchi.

Anyway apparently was always stored indoors (like the 1st owner).

Dave, Success!!! (But how do you make the wizz-bang app Go?)
Sometimes relays are just like that. Note that you only need to carry one as a spare -- they're all the same.DocSnowFox wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 2:50 am I have set up a bench test, and ALL THREE OLD relays, and ALL THREE NEW relays that I put (replaced) into the Main, Ignition and Headlight Relay connectors/ circuits, test out to be working properly.

Re: Starts Normally, May or May Not have Lights
Feedback please, friends:
With Franchi color wiring schematic at hand, Headlight Relay should get power from Diodes following engine start up. Granted there are two (2) R/Bl wires to Headlight Relay, so tough to pursue and figure out which is which, by observation alone.
However with Key Off:
no power to any wire leads at the Headlight Relay. Expected.
With Ignition Key On (not running) :
1 R/Bl wire is powered @~12 Volts.
No other wires into relay are powered.
With Engine Started, running:
Same as Key On,
1 R/Bl wire is powered @~12 Volts.
No other wires into relay are powered.
This is NOT EXPECTED nor correct.
Looks like the other R/Bl AND Y/Bl should be powered also at this time with engine running (power from Diode Assembly, and upstream the Starter Motor Relay).
Does this running condition sound correct?
Where is the "Diode Assembly" located?
I am not finding it by tracing and with a light.
And still cannot get the Terrible Ten Pin connector to separate.
Please provide your usual awesome reply advice. Thanks.

Not able to locate the Y wire for verifying the momentary 12V power to the Diode assembly

Re: Starts Normally, May or May Not have Lights
If you have a R/Bl at 12V into the relay when motor not running then forget the terrible ten as the R/Bl has 12 V continuity from the fuse block to the relay so that is correct.
No your running condition should be as you surmised.
The Yellow wire is on the solenoid end of the positive cable to the starter. it is only about 2 inches long, has a female bullet connector and comes from under the crimp of the connector ring. If this is not there, then you have found your problem!
The headlight diode assembly is shown on page 43 of Section 15: Electrical of the service manual. It is located just forward of the 3 pack of relays below the battery holder. It is a small black 1" square plastic cube with a white connector on the bottom of it.

Re: Starts Normally, May or May Not have Lights
Short Yellow wire, approx 2 inch long with a bullet connector on it has been found!!!
Laying deep down in the gap between the 3 Main Relays below left side of Battery and what would be the Upper Left Fairing (if it were in place).
Y wire, bullet connector end is not connected to anything. Is loose down there.
This is supposed to be plugged into the Diode Assembly (somewhere on it)?
I still cannot see the Diode Assembly. I'll keep looking forward of the three Main Relays...
So exactly where does this Y bullet connector belong? Schematic shows between the Starter Motor Display and Diode Assembly.

Re: Starts Normally, May or May Not have Lights
THAT IS IT!!!
I continued to dig and found a female Y end buried loose along the frame, and mated the loose Y bullet (male) connector.
Quick toggle on the Starter button and LIGHTS!
Started engine, ALL LIGHTS ON!
Thank the Lord, and God bless you guys and triton28 for continued assistance and advice!
We have power to all the lights!
I will immediately heat shrink these Y ends together so they are much less able to separate.
Hallelujah!
THANK YOU!
Persistence pays off!
