Dunlop E4 discontinued ?
Hi , i have been looking for a rear tire for my 94 voyager. Cant find one any where, seems they are out of stock everywhere. I have searched on here to find out what other makes everyone is useing, but its kinda confusing. I am looking for a high mileage tire, with dual compound like the dunlop, i usually get like 15000 miles out of the rear tire. What brand tires are you using and what exact type ,becuz there are so different styles of same tire. Im seeing that avon , continental, metzler and michilen have high mileage tire which would you recommend and which would you stay away from? Sorry for tire question but im on a timecrunch to get a new tire on. Thanks for any help

Re: Dunlop E4 discontinued ?
I am getting Michelin Commander III's installed, this week. Ran on Commander II's, previously. The II's have good traction, wet or dry. Don't know the mileage I got out of them, though. Sorry. Have read good comments on the III's here, previously, along with the II's. Ride 2-up, 98% of the time, wife and I switch positions, every two hours. We both like the Commander II's, and the III's are allegedly even better. Cheers!

All of those you mentioned are going to be decent. Tires are like a personal choice. Some people swear by certain makes and some prefer another. All of those you mention have good reviews. I recently changed my front from a 10 year old carcass to a Michelin commander II, because I knew it was a good one and it was on sale for really cheap ($113.88) at Dennis Kirk. Can't go wrong with Michelin
