You're welcome. I needed to tell those friends and family about it all, too.cushman eagle wrote: ↑Tue May 17, 2022 12:50 am Thank you, Nails, for the great photos you have shared with us
Maybe one day I'll take a real adventure out of this country. But if that ever happens, it'll be on a much lighter bike.

Re: borderlands blast
I hear you. But I've already had my fill of it for this year.
I have another trip coming up in late June. I'll need to go through Moab. (Boy, does that sound like a stupid complaint.)

Re: borderlands blast
Hard to see in this photo, but the bike fell over down-slope. I had trouble reaching the tip-over bar, whether facing forward or backward. I was just fixing to take off the suitcase, which is dang heavy.
That fire had blown up (again) the day I got back, and the columns of smoke were pretty dramatic from the house -- even if still 20 miles away. (This is backing toward me -- the fire is mostly going away from me.) Yesterday morning was pretty smoky. But then we had a hailstorm, and the fire obviously laid down for the day. This morning is bright with little smoke. I expect the fire to blow up again today.
