I am stripping down my 93.its probably 50 pounds lighter already.the zillion wires to the antique cassette player, cruise control, all the upfront stuff is to much to trace down.so i will have to retain the fairing upper sidepanels. When i took the saddlebag beackets off neither shock bolt had a nut.what size and thread are those? The fairing has 2 buttons to i guess add air to the suspension.front,rear, or both.? The throttle doesnt work.i was told throttle cable.it has a push and pull also? Plus one works cruise control? Is it rideable with one cable. I have taken complete engines apart, reassembled and ridden them afterwards but figuring out how to put a throttle cable on this bike is harder.many tips have been given to me but i can not visualize where the round ball goes into its cage down by the carbs.this bike wet will probably be 700 pounds. My 1300 wet weighs 919. Viva la difference
