Bleeding brakes 93 model

Post by grumpy72 »

My rear reservoir was full and rear brake seems to work.front brake was dry as a bone. The reservoir is weird. No matter how i turn the handlebars its slanted. Just add a tiny amount and it overflows.its made into the handlebar housing so no way to make it level. How do you do the front one on these bikes.never seen anything as slanted as this.

Grumpy, you can turn the handle bars all the way left, loosen the two allenhead screws holding the master cylinder assembly to the handle bars, rotate the master cylinder forward to fill and bleed, then rotate the assembly back to where it was.
Then tighten the allen head screws up to 95 INCH pounds!
