I got new batteries for my TPMS senders and installed them, with 35lbs in my front and 38lbs in my rear tires.
While doing that I measured the tread depth at 4/32 in my front ,and 5/32 in my rear
These are Michelin Commander IIIs with 5800 miles on the front and 5550 on the rear
With the tempurature of 40 F ,I got 43 miles for the 1st ride.

Temps here in central PA on Wed are expected to be at/near 67*, I might try to brave the cold and join your artic club, Loren!
Yeh,Scott,it is tough in my club
I am surprised it is that much warmer there,as you do not live much farther south than we do.
I am having double carpull tunnel surgery Wednesday,so I will be off the bike for a little bit,and had to use my opportunity when I had it.
Loren, I really hope you are exceptionally nice to Peggy today (Valentine's day) since she will be doing your wiping for a while! And I don't mean wiping that smirk off your face when you crack a funny!!!!
I'll pray that God guides the surgeons hands and blesses you with a prompt and complete recovery (speedy as Nails said)!

Thank you,Scott, but only my wrists are wrapt,so I can still do minor caretaking
The Doctor said it all went well
It will be a while before I can get back on the bike though

Hi,Nails, what are you hauling in the U-Haul?
My mom has moved to assisted living — even though she recovered from her stroke quickly and thoroughly. The house is to be sold. I’m hauling mostly family antique furniture.
Got the truck loaded thanks to family and neighbors. Now hunkering down for this weather, about the worst imaginable for a U-Haul. I don’t yet know what I’ll do about the 16” of heavy snow at my house.
This trip is mighty snakebit. Rather like my last two.
I got my first ride of the year in on Jan 1. I live in Central Texas where the mild winter weather is sometimes more conducive to riding motorcycles than in the heat of summrr.

So how about an update mister Cushman Eagle? What's the status on the hands/wrists? I'm hoping that everything is as expected or better by this point in time!

Thank You,Scott,for your concern
I am very pleased with the outcome.I go back to the Doctor tomorrow for the 2nd follow up,and to find when I can go back to work, and the current limitations he wants me to follow.
I am ready to get back on the bike, and the weather last Saturday was too nice to leave the bike in the garage
