My bike and I were in an accident.
She pushed me down the road then left me behind and traveled another 30ft. on her right side
Anyway...note: she cranks over real good.
When I turn on the key and push the start button I hear it fire once, then nothing. If I push the start button again, I get nothing. (see note above) If I turn off the ignition switch then back on and hit the start button I again hear it fire once, then nothing again.
Could the problem be the crankshaft sensor or the igniter maybe???
Any suggestions would be much appriciated.
Thank you
Steve
PS. I confirmed the fuel pump is working and there is fuel in the tank. Thanx

Hello from NJ. If they fall hard on the right side. Here is what to look for first. The pulse coil wires are routed right behind the mounting flange on that side. They can pinch the wires open or short them out whichever may be the case.

Thank You Gene;
I was wondering about that, on the right side the crash guard is folded up pretty bad.
I will remove it and be able to see what is under and around there.
Will do it tomorrow.
Thank You again
