Synced carbs, now temp gage not working

Good day All,

I have a 1984 Voyager that I am converting to Street Fighter.
i know that the fan switch is not working and I am not sure about the sender temp switch.
It is very hard to find the original parts online
do you know maybe what will be replacement parts i can use?

also I want to add an external temp gage, can i use any of them or need to have something that will fit this temp sender?

You would need to know the resistance range of the sender,and match a gauge to that range.
