When installing my superbrace i found that one of the washers was missing.Only three were intact, painted into the fender. The bike had been repainted years ago by the P.O.I just put a heavy washer there for the time being until I locate a source of the heavy washers.I could make them myself at work but sometimes its easier just to have them appear in my mailbox.
I would be that guy... Its not just a washer, that's not what makes it a metal to metal mechanical connection for the fork brace. It is a sleeve that fits into the plastic with a washer formed on top. If you don't take care of this soon , you will begin to crack the fender. That washer does not touch the top of the plastic fender, but stands apx 0.003 above the plastic when in good condition. Made of mild steel , it will crush in time and bear down on the plastic,, also making the fork brace not work as designed.
Just having been hit and knocked off my pony, I will not be making any items until my return from the AVA rally. You may still be able to get these from Kawasaki as they are a crossover part to another model's fuel tank assm, but they will only last one tire change.

Thanks gene.Sorry to hear of your mishap.I will buy a set from Kawi if i can.If you know the id,od,thickness of large od and length i can make some myself.I understand that they are top hat shaped bushing.I would have used one of mine as a sample but they are completely encapsulated by paint and clear coat.I was in no mood to carve one out.Thanks.get well soon

Turns out a kenda tire sucks!! So good to have my bike back!! Put a Bridgestone Whitewall to match the back and problem solved. Thanks again Carl and everyone else.
