radio

Well changed plugs today and radio won,t come on ,time will display but no radio or change channels.I wonder what I did wrong? Any help please. Thanks :bat:

There are two power connectors behind the radio, must have been pulled loose. (both have fuses)

I looked at the fuses and they are medal on the ends and plain glass in between ,is that how they are to look? I am getting power to radio but no sound,any ideas? :bat:

Any chance the passenger mute button is depressed? Also make sure he HS button is not depressed. That is exclusively for a head set.

I removed the rear controls and speakers.The radio was working till I changed the plugs,must have pull something loose.

removing the battery , you loose all memory. ie. VOLUME,STATION, AM/FM
turn the volume up from the handle bar control.
There are four fuses to the audio system.
the glass buss fuses will have a metal, wire between the ends.

I know of three fuses ,where is the fourth? You have two in line under dash and a 3amp in fuse box.Looking for number four.

There is also one in the power amp located on the side the air valves are on

Got my radio working ,find a wire unplugged ,now it works from handlebars only but it works . :hmm:
