Good Afternoon Gents
I decided to replace the rear tyre on my B14 and got to inspecting the tow hitch that was fitted. Unfortunately, the welds were not really welds and I count my self lucky I did not actually attach a trailer!! Not all things are bad if they are homemade - but this was
I cannot get one in the UK. I have tried contacting Marvellas, but after numerous e-mails and phone calls, nobody wants to help. Their website will not let me order them because I can't select a shipping option! The shipping price will be expensive I know, but I have no option
I am hoping to take my bike and wife on a trip over the Alps to Italy this summer.
Has anybody got one for sale? or can point me in the direction of another manufacturer
Hope you can help

Re: Tow Hitch
Thanks for the replies
Things have moved on quickly. I have one ordered from Marvellas. There was a misunderstanding over who was supposed to be taking my order. Paid by Paypal and hoping to receive tracking details on Monday
The guys at Marvellas were really helpful after we sorted things out. The company has been taken over, but they have said they are still selling the Marvellas stuff.
As for re-welding offending towbar - too many wrong angles. Would have been easier to start again!!
Hopefully bike will be back together soon and Italy here we come.
Cheers

Re: Tow Hitch
I've Had the Marvellas trailer hitch on my bike for 4 years now .....good hitch ,does what it is supposed to, The only thing I wished I would have done
(had I known) ....was put better paint on it before installing it ...... I don't recall if it was said to be powder coated or not .....it rusted terribly , and quickly .. ....best to do this BEFORE ya put it on !
