Few questions for you.
2003 voyager with low kms.
1-radio..shows time but no power or cassette. fuse under dummy tank is good..any more fuses to check?
2- cruise control..powers on..green light..fifth gear..will not set..other light does not light up.
any suggestions? please keep it simple lol or provide pics to solution.

You need to get the online service manual supplement.It gives a good diagnostic sequence.It is probably one of the limit switches not making contact.There is a front and rear brake,clutch,and throttle switch which are involved with the C/C engagement.
Recently I ran into a situation where my working cruise would not work. The same symptoms as you describe. You don't mention that the OD light in the meter assembly is illuminated while riding in 5th gear above 30MPH so I am assuming the light is working. If it is not illuminated at those parameters then the OD switch located down below the oil sight glass and part of the neutral switch assembly, is not working/connected which would cause the cruise NOT to function.
So I started with the most likely cancel switches. My carb cancel and rear brake switches had not been altered so I suspected they were OK as they had worked the day before this problem arose.
The bike would not start in gear without the clutch lever pulled in so I knew that switch was working. Next I listened to the front brake lever for the telltale 2 clicks just before the fully released position and only heard 1. Upon investigation I found the bottom plate had fallen off of the switch housing and the small plastic finger which gets pushed in by the front brake lever had fallen out of the now open bottom of the switch.
Once I replaced the switch my cruise control worked again. This was probably a rare occurrence but it goes to illustrate the result when that finger/button does not get pushed in by a brake lever at rest. Sometimes the switch is OK and the culprit is a sloppy pivot bushing of the lever itself not allowing the button to seat fully in the switch housing. I have seen various material shims adhered to the flat push face of the lever to make up for the slop and while it is a temporary fix it does seem to work until one replaces either the lever or the bushing itself.
As for the radio, there are 2 fuses at the rear of the actual radio chassis itself. Take out the headlight and you will find 2 white plastic barrel fuse holders; the larger holds a 3Amp fuse and the smaller diameter holds a 1Amp fuse. There is also a 7.5Amp fuse mounted directly to the stereo amplifier.
