Headlight replacement from stock to LED

Post by kissintel »

I'm sure this has been discussed but how difficult it it to swap the stock H4 bulb for LED? Do I need to remove the fairing?

Nope, not at all. Two screws on the fairing under the headlight hold the headlight bezel in. Be careful pulling it off, as the tabs up top can break. Then four screws holding the headlight in. A rubber boot then a clip holding the bulb in. When you put the LED bulb in, follow the instructions that come with it regarding focus so you (hopefully) get a decent pattern.
