Choke bracket.... where does this go?

Ok I have finally gotten a full day to mess with the bike. So I've got the carbs perhaps halfway in. During this project I've been keeping small things like bolts, brackets, and thingamajigs, in baby food jars, then labeling them so as to remind me where they go.

This has worked fine. Until now.

For the life of me I cannot remember this piece at all, much less where it goes. The jar was labeled "Top of carb, choke hold down bracket". But, this doesn't jog my memory one bit.

Can someone tell me exactly where this thing goes please?

Yeah, anchor for the choke cable. Fits on a carb top cover.
