When you are scanning through the message forums, keep an eye on the little, round icon to the left of the Topics.
*** A yellow/orange paper inside the circle means there is a new post ("new" since the last time you - a registered user - logged on)
*** A twitchy (or nervous-looking) page inside the circle means that the topic has earned a Popular ranking because there has been so much activity there.
Want to see an example of a Popular Topic? Go to the General Forum and look at the topic named, Everyone Check In Here!
