Parts , help!!!

I am in need of a source for the first O-Ring you come to when removing the water pump, the part number is 92055-1033, on the Kawasaki parts diagram it has a reference number of 92055A. I need the size, description of this O-Ring??? This part is no longer available from Kawa, just like the 11M/M circlip on the water pump impeller, which I found a source for at Honda, it is used on lots of startermotors and has a part number of 94510-11000. Thank in advance for any help.

Now if you can't find an OEM "O" Ring like was mentioned by Old Nyk or can't come across something like was mentioned at a bearing shop you have several ways of doing/getting the "O" Ring.

If you find some OEM ones I suggest you buy several as sooner or later you will have the need for another one.

Search eBay as they do periodically come up.

They do exist in dealers old stock try:

If they don't have it ask the guy you talk to on the line if he can check to see who might have it. This has worked for me about 85% of the time and I did get a real OEM part.

Finally if your completely desperate you can get a - O-Ring Splicing Kit.

Such as this item up on Amazon

Permatex 00112 O-Ring Splicing Kit

You have to make sure the rubber in the kit is compatible with oil and antifreeze and is also the right/same thickness as the OEM O-Ring for it to seal properly.

There are similar kits made by other companies.

Last item when you install the O-Ring make sure you lube it with antifreeze or a silicone grease so it seats properly and is not pinched which will lead to a leak. Also make sure the seating surfaces of the pump housing and the block where it seats are clean of any dirt or gunk.

I have the 1300 up and running again. Thank You to Jim, Duane, Carl, Fastenall, Maryland Metrics, and a couple of bearing outlets in Springfield Mo. that were willing to get samples and order parts in and then send them to me to save on gas $. Should any one need a circlip for the impeller I have about nine of them here and also the same amount of O-rings for the lower radiator hose piece that goes between the hose connection and the first part of the impeller cover, same price I paid plus shipping, just let me know if you need them. Thanks again to all who responded and helped get this beast back in the wind. Glenn
