AUX LIGHTING WIRING
NEED TO CONNECT SO THAT THEY WORK ONLY WHEN THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHT IS BEING USED,MASS LAW

By "Mass Law", do you mean Massachusetts Law? Use a 30 or 40 Amp Automobile relay. Splice one end of the relay coil to the low beam bulb's 12 Volts power wire. Ground the other end of the coil. Connect one end of the relay switch to Battery +12 Volts through an in-line fuse (10 Amp, 20 Amp, i.e., size recommended by the Aux Lighting manufacturer). Connect other end of the relay switch to the Aux Lighting +12 Volts.john7845 wrote:Need to connect so that they work only when the low beam headlight is being used, Mass Law
When low beam is switched on, electric current flows through the relay's coil, energizing it and tripping the relay's switch on. When low beam is switched off, relay de-energizes tripping the relay's switch off shutting off the Aux Lighting.
