Carb rebuild
After seeing nothing obviously wrong in the carbs, I decided to send my carbs to a Carl Leo lead. his rebuild price wasn't worth me messing with. Sent them to Steve at Shoodaben Engineering , rebuilt them and a did a splendid job. Helped that he lives 20 miles from me too.
