The one on the right is a 1986, bill of sale (no title), last ran about 3yrs ago..
The one on the left (he says) 1989, but looks like mine which is a 1987, has title, no idea when last ran.
The lower saddle bag chrome bar that goes around the back is not there anymore, i purchased it and a few other part
The bikes were covered when i got there but we uncovered them for some pics.
This guy has TONS of parts (in 3 different spots, 2 trailers and a shed) including 2 other engines (one he says ran the other he didnt know last time it ran, but last he checked it did turn) and the parts for the "89" that are not in the picture. I only scratched the surface before i had to leave.
From the way he talks, he has enough extra parts (minus a frame) to build a 3rd bike.
He is asking $700 for the whole lot. He MIGHT come down, but i dont know that for sure.
I talked to him today for a hour or so, (while i picked up the lower saddle bag chrome bar, antenna mount, caliper covers, AND a set of progressive rear shocks all for $100
), and he said he wants to get rid of the whole lot at once. I had to sweet talk him and promise to put this up for him to get the parts i got.. so i did..If i had the room for all this, i would have got it myself, but i have NO room for all this.
He lives in Pekin IL. and the only contact i have for him is a cell number.. so if you want it send me a private message and i will send it to you.
So true there trike ! I sold 5 bikes this season to free up some space ...and thin the stable out ! the bikes I sold were just sittin around ...hardly ever going out for a ride,
