Looks good Jim. Is that new fabric from the manufacturer or did you clean it or sew up some fabric yourself?

I took it to a boat canvas repair shop and they reinforced stress points. The tent is made with some type of cotten weave. Who knows the whole tent may blow away in the storms we our going to have in this area this weekend. Jim

Look great, does it have an air conditioner? We just bought a cargo trailer this year, but are still considering a pop-up. Whats your tongue weight with that big-ol cargo box on the front ? Gene Kap

No Air yet!

The tongue weight is 50 kg and the axle is 300 kg. The Voyager trike kit hitch is rated up to 450 lbs. At this time I am running 90lbs on the tongue.
When the whole project is compete I will post some pictures.

My Camper Project is now complete. I have done a road test in high winds and everything went well. I installed bearing buddies and painted the rims black. The rear car tire works great and the bike pulls with little effort. :gig: Jim

Well I made it back from the New York Rally without to much trouble, but I will be giving my camper to the kids. I just didn't like being away from the rally site action. I worried alot about riding back to the campgrounds in the dark with all the deer in the area.
I had to replace tires in New York, but the camper was great. I did miss having Internet at the campgrounds. On the way home I found that the camper was causing some brake fade on my trike in stop and go triffic.
I had alot of fun rebuilding the camper over the winter so I may look for trailer project. :wnk2:
