Junk in the trunk
I purchased my bike after it had been in a rear end bump up. I check out all of the major mechanical parts and they are ok. My problem is that the trunk mounts located in the front that slide in the slot are broken. This allows the trunk to rock back and forth. I don't want to carry a passenger with it in this condition for risk of further damage not to mention maybe losing said passenger. Has anyone changed these round plastic pieces out for aluminum or some other stronger material or should I replace mine with stock? Thanks for any help with this.
