Whatever works for you.
With my progressives, I run anywhere from 0 to 8 lbs, depending on solo, two-up, trailer, no trailer, sporting, touring, etc.

I have a '99 and run stock forks and shocks, and run 5lbs front and 25 lbs rear.I ride two up most of the time with me at 195 and my wife at 130.
