Hi All,
I have a 2011 Voyager 1700. I'm looking for a replacement handlebar that will give me 'about' 2 inches of extra pullback and a reduced width of 'about' 2 inches.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Shemogolee

Sorry, I have a XII and don't know of any 1700 owners who have modified their bars.
Have you considered changing the risers? Maybe theses:

Or maybe these ape-hangers for a Vaquero might work:
