Scala Q2 headset multiset pairing

Help please. I have a pair of the Scala q2 headsets. I am having issues pairing the headsets for intercom use. I have no problem getting the fm radio to work, and can even set my phone up using Bluetooth but not able to pair the headsets. I have tried resetting per instructions but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone can help I may even buy you a drink or two if we ever meet up. thanks ahead of time.

When you figure it out let me know. I bought a pair of BLinc M1 bluetooth communicators and I can't get them to sync either. They work fine for a phone but they won't talk to each other.

I, too,bought a set of scala Q2 headsets and could not get them to pair up.Since I only had them a couple days,I took them back to the dealer,who also could not get them to pair up.He gave me another pair after he paired them up.I have since been able to pair them up once,but not again. For the price I paid for them, I wish I could talk to my wife without screaming at her.

I just made a mistake in the model of my scala headsets,they are G9 sets ,not Q2.

Tried the book did not help.
Maybe one day I will get it working until then I will just listen to the radio and be able to answer the phone..

Contact the company with your issues. We had issues with ours, went through the book, no joy. Contacted the company(?), and they gave us an unlisted procedure to follow -- worked, synced up our pair, and we have been using them ever since.

Webbikeworld ran some reviews, and I believe their readers had the same issue. Come to think of it, I can't remember if I contacted the company, or followed the instructions listed in the review/reader comments section?... I have never had a problem with my Scala headsets. My wife and I never ride without them and we love them.

I got my G9 set to work today I studied the manual, and followed the directions, to turn them on and pair them,nothing.My wife and I decided to ride without them.6 miles into the ride they came to life letting us talk to each other.15 miles later we stopped for gas and lost communication after I took my helmet off,they come back to life again 10 miles later letting us enjoy the use for 60 more miles.Well,at least we get to use them when they feel like it

The Scala sets will mute when there is no engine noise. They only work in noisy environments. It's a "feature"... Best of luck. Cheers!
