It's only 100 miles per day and there are probably quite a few that commute that much to work. Should not be too difficult if you want to do it.

Man oh man excuse me I read the site wrong. I thought it read 50,000 miles in 50 days! My eyesight is really going south! :bat:

Having met Paul Pelland at several Iron Butt outtings and the finish of the Iron Butt 2003 Rally, I'm in on this ride. All you need to do is complete 5000 miles within 50 days. So that could be just 5 days of riding for some (thousand mile days). Paul is a great guy and it's a great reason to ride. I'm doing this and hope others will also join up for this ride.

I'm riding in this event. Starting April 1st. I will also be doing a Saddlesore for the Tour of Honor on that day and another Saddlesore the following week , Cur Gran Memorial / Moonshine Ride to Eat Saddlesore 1000. 3 Days in and riding just wish the weather would warm up a little more cold rides yet in the morning 23 degrees this morning :cold:

Almost 2000 miles into the ride, doing this ride on a resurrected 1990 Voyager XII and enjoying every mile. Hope others will join in or donate to MS national charity. If anyone wants to contribute to Dion or myself follow the above links. We both would appreciate it. Currently working on an article about this involving the Mikey Bikey (aka 1990 Voyager XII) and the resurrection of this motorcycle and the rides for the MS5000 and Tour of Honor as well as Curt Gran Memorial Saddlesore (Moonshine Saddlesore) , for future Voyager's Voice viewing.

Still putting on miles getting alittle behind on pace to many rainy days did not help but going to make a real push here now that the rain has stopped

Im going to get this done even if I have to put on a couple big days of riding in
