ok since I dont have a book yet, was wondering what it takes to remove and replace them ? torque specs and such?

Mr Jensee, thanks for the link, swappin the front was easy, a lot easier than on the old ltd 1000, had the thing off in less than 5 min.
I did take around the block and it has the death wobble tank slap if you let go of the bars so im guessing that the steering head bearings need adj or replacing. guess thats another one to add to the list

Not necessarily. I had the same thing and it turned out that the front tire was replaced. First check the balance wheel and tire.
