Well, I went and did it.

It wasn't easy, took a lot of thought, and was hard to say goodbye, but I sold my 88 XII this weekend. Was like watching a family member move away but it was time to send her on the next leg of her life. It had been parked a lot more than ridden over the last year after we bought the Nomad and XII's are built to be in the wind, not to be plugged into a Battery Tender. I've had some medical things going on the last couple months and also need to replenish the rainy day account a little, I have recovered in the health area so you ain't getting rid of me that easy, lol and I will be here bugging everyone still, a couple of you more that some. And hey, I'm still on a Kawasaki. We do plan being at the Rally, will just stand out in the crown a little on a Nomad.

Those 1500 & 1600 Nomads were (are) certainly great looking bikes. Remember I want a photo at least 1000 pixels wide.

I'll get a better pic than that to you, this Nomad is a 1600, and is still slower off the line than my 88. The Harley's can almost keep up to the Nomad, they had no chance with the XII, I will miss that action.
This is it now after I added the fairing and tour pack. And yes, the car tire of course. lol And it was voted Oct. bike of the month on the Vulcan Forums.
