Well, after a long recovery period I am back on my old 2002 Kawasaki Voyager XII. The new Concourse 14 that I bought to replace it, some fool out there in a car wanted to occupy the same time and space as me and the concourse, which resulted in it totaled and me almost totaled. Got a helicopter flight to the trauma center in Dallas with broken nose, crushed left eye orbital, compound fractured left arm and wrist, broken right thumb, pelvis, separated hips, broken left foot and numerous bones throughout my body. Have been recovering for the last 11 months and am now back on my Voyager and needing some help.
Question #1. Carburetors are off. The fuel pilot screws turned all the way in until stopped and then back out 2 1/2 rounds.... Is this correct? Note: All 4 screws were adjusted out at different amounts so therefore I did not have 1 to go by as to how far to turn them back out.
Question #2. While I am looking at the fuel filter and pump and have access to them, should they be changed? (52,000 miles currently on the bike).
This information is most likely posted somewhere if someone could guide me to it. Thanks out there.

Turn idle screws in to light seat then out 2 turns, Factory sets them on a flow bench that's why they were all set different.
The fuel pump should have no issues, I would not replace it.
As for the fuel filter it would be a good thing to change it, there is a filter # in the tech section for a replacement.
