Progressive rear shocks - 412 confusion

Post by MNBlue »

Hello everyone! I am looking at replacing my rear air shocks on my 92 voyager with progressive shocks. I have seen a number of posts recommending the progressive suspension 412 HD. The issue is this I went to Progressive's site and they say the correct number is 412-4221C, but when I search other sites they say this size doesn't fit my bike :hmm: . I would assume progressive would have the sizing right but I hate to assume.

Any words of wisdom/recommendations?

Thanks!

Shop on e-Bay -- I got a pair, with the HD springs mounted, for $222.59, delivered! The MSRP is $299.95! (e-Bay auction Link) Prices vary quite a bit. Make sure to get the HD springs: I went with the standard duty springs, and they lasted all of four years, and 8,000(?) miles, before the dampener on one blew its seal, had to order a new pair. They're good, and affordable. Cheers!
