Final Post, save two, on this topic! Arrived Crowne Plaza Hotel in Asheville! 4,780 miles ridden from home but according to Google Maps, it's only 2,633 direct via interstate. So what's an extra 2,147 miles??
Nothing to report on today's ride. An easy 161 miles across I-40.
Tomorrow I'll start a new thread with posts from the rally, then Friday I'll start a reverse - Oregon Bound from the Rally - thread for the trip home!
I'll post links here as short cuts to the two threads to make them easy to find.
