Saw that one Davis, kind of wondered why with 1700 miles and 'garage kept' it has new tires on it, wondered if maybe it was 101700 miles.

If you look a little further you notice a 3 at the end of the trip meter.
So they took a 3000 mile trip and still only put 1700 miles on the bike.
Assuming it is a 4 digit trip meter.

Fully Serviced may have included new tires due to age. Very easy to tell if a bike has 101700 miles on it instead of 1700 miles by inspecting it.
