Re: My other ride
Nice Wing, did you do the paint yourself? Still the best looking full size fairing Honda made IMHO! Sure you will keep the xii as clean as the other bikes. Looking forward to seeing at the Rally I hope?

Re: My other ride
Gee Littlebeaver, in 19 years you seemed to have lost your smile!
I hope in the past 11 years you have found it and put it back where it belongs!!!!!!
Of course after reading your post about riding the XII nearly all day after all you little fixes and tire changes, I'm guessing you found that long lost smile. Now take that wife of 27 years on a ride and make a date of it.

Re: My other ride
Little beaver, in my twisted mind (a place you should never go and if you do, keep it to a short visit for your own sake) you are very rich!
How do I come to this conclusion? We'll if you are like me; you're happily married, have great kids, love your Voyager, you 're in decent healthy and sleep at night fairly comfortably. Then you are a very Very wealthy!
My boss asked me once if I wanted to some day have his job. He was floored when I said NO! He asked if I wanted more $ per hour and I advised I was rich. Not in money but in life, that if I could pay my bills hanging off the back of a trash truck I would still. l consider myself a rich man cause my kids love me, want to spend time with me as does my wife. I don't want for things I can't afford and I'm not jealous of what others have. I am Rich and didn't want his headaches! He laughed and agreed!
As for the money thing, like you I've been there and done that.
Knowing that when it was handed over it was gone and if ANY came back my way it was a gift!!!!!!

Re: My other ride
Strange.
My boss offered me a promotion and I turned him down and got fired.
Actually I made the mistake of telling him why I turned it down, then he fired me.

Its not really but in a way it is funny how most bosses don't have a sense of humor!Me Again wrote:Strange.

I was a boss once and was an ass, problem was I knew it. I was the kind that my employees who did work actually liked me, it was the ones who worked harder at not working that disliked me. I even got "written up" by the plant manager for Not disciplining 2 of my guys. Instead I stood for them and defended their actions which resulted in my discipline. Oh well, stuff happens!
Back on subject, Martin/Beave those are some nice bikes and pics. How bout some more?
