Probably a model closeout but still seems like a good deal for a ruggedized camera to me. Check it out at target.com in their weekly flyer. It IS available online. 5MP snapshots, 1080p at 30 fps and 720p at 60 fps.

Well, now that I ordered one, I see that there is nothing special about the price! 
However, it IS a new, lower priced model.
