2015 Estes Park Rally Registration Open!

Registration for the 26th annual AVA rally in Estes Park (June 22 - 25) is now open. Register early for lowest cost!
• Before March 1 - $60
• After March 1 - $70
• After May 1 - $80

Also, prices for T-Shirts subject to change depending on what our cost ends up being but if you order now the current price will be honored!

The optional Monday night social meet-and-greet is being finalized now. We've got it down to one of two places. More info coming later.

The link above takes you to the AVA rally webpage where you click on a "button" (a link) to the registration form (a pdf file.) Click on the "button" and you should have a choice to "open" the document or "save" it. Open it (the default is probably Windows Explorer (unless you're a Mac person)) and it should open in Adobe Acrobat Reader or your default PDF reader of choice. Then you can either print the document or save it, or both.

Alternatively, you can choose save and save the .zip file some place on your computer and open it from there by double-clicking on the icon.

Either way, print the document, fill it out, and mail it in with your check.

Although I planned to go this year to the whole event, work has struck.
Being as i run an office for the ministry i work for, hard for me to say I have something else to do when it comes time for the "annual" meetings near Colorado Springs, CO. Before, it started on the Saturday before the 4th of July with an optional picnic on Friday before the meetings. This year, they moved it to the Wednesday the week before the 4th (this year nine days before), right in the middle of the Rally.
I was so excited that it worked out this year (before i heard about this change) that I finally could make it to my first Rally since Kanab.
Anyway, since I will only be 3 hours away, any chance of just coming in on Sunday and leaving Tuesday afternoon?

I just printed the application form and I noticed that the dates for the price breaks don't match what you have stated at the start of this thread? Which is correct?

Oops, my bad! We revised the rates and I forgot to post them here! The rates on the form are correct. The registration rates are:

• Before March 15 - $60
• March 16 - April 15 - $65
• April 16 - June 1 - $70
• June 2 - June 22 - no registration available (on the road, getting ready, setup, etc.)
• On-site Registration - $80

These are "post mark" dates.

Well, is hard to find a babysitter for 10 days so if we drive and take are 5 year old with us do we have to register her too for the rally?

Free up to age where the child starts using a separate dinner plate, after that it’s $60.00 per child as long as they’re with a registered attendee
