Gotta see this video...

Post by Tonyvdb »

So a co worker just got his license and bought a bike a month ago. Today this happened...

Poor guy was not even moving. He was simply waiting at a stop for traffic to clear. The bike is a write off. He just bought the GoPro camera two days ago.

That is hilariously stupid and sad, but at the same time educational in the sense that others can see just how easily it can happen. This is evidence of why we need to be attentive to everything around us ALL the time!
This will prove to be the best money spent on a GoPro as the video should be more than enough proof of guilt/responsibility!

Agreed, what I find so amazing is the driver kept backing up even after hitting the bike. :-O

That video was awesome. Glad he didn't get hurt. Wished he could have saved the bike. Just goes to show as a rider you have to be aware all the time. Sorry for your co-workers bike. Is he getting another one?

Show that film to the judge and it's a good bet the driver of that Toyota will be off the road for a while and in safety classes.
