We have been having some great weather up north here also, (last 2 weeks) ! been getting in some great rides every evening after work.
I will be in Fl.in December, during the holidays, would like to ride from my friends home in Orlando to key west for a nice all day ride , maybe spend the night in key west to sample the local food and drink, have a good time, then ride back the next day.....any thoughts from anyone living in Fl. ?,maybe a group ride ,or meet up ?............Tony :-D

We all wish we were down there with you, :-D

Thats about what I plan to do this weekend. Off to the MAV chapter ride in .
No riding for me, other than to work and back for the past 4 weeks.
And the past two evenings working on my bike, at last. I have been wanting to adjust the cruise cable to the servo, and check out the frame bolts while I was in there. Pulled the fairing side off and Colorado dust came out on the floor.....
Still didn't feel right tonight , and a little wiggle with my finger between the swing arm and the frame; and bingo.....a tad loose. apx. 1/4 turn off. and the upper shock bolts a bit loose also. I even went overboard and RPL'ed the head lamp.
Going to give the Silvania, Silverstar ULTRA a try.

Glad to see someone getting time to ride and enjoy. Nice looking bike, I own a 2000 also. Just turned 80,000 and the color has finally grown on me....

He Tony,, Nice pic, ya think we would have gotten in trouble for building a snowman while we were up there..

I'm all in for a snowman ride to Colorado. I just repaired my heated grips. I'll be able to warm my hands after building that snowman.
