If I was selling it, I would say the price is too low...If I was buying it, I would say the price is too high. 
Seriously, IMO: it's a good price for the looks and accessories. Great for someone who wants to try out a luxury touring bike without sinking the big money into it. Bad time of the year to be the seller, but good time for the buyer. Last April, we got our '93 for 2400$, down from $2900$. No accessories, but only 16K miles and fresh service.
