Manual headlight adjustment
My headlight adjustment knob don't work and when I pull it off and try to turn the adjustment it is froze how can I adjust the bulb?

I would venture to say that the cable that runs down to the head light has had water in and it has frozen up in the sheath that surrounds it. Make sure that the pivot points that the head light moves on are free. Then go for the cable. You may have to remove it and see if you can free it up. If you have no success doing that. Last resort is a different used cable or new one

Thank you. I can turn it with pliers but it don't seem to turn the mechanism in the headlight assembly, I will take it apart this afternoon. I am grateful for your input.
