I'm trying to find out if anyone knows what the black switch is beside the hazzard switch. I can't seem to figure it out thanks.

Isn't that the cruse control set switch for resume and increase/decrease speed or does the 1300 not have cruse?

That's it! Rub it in, Tony! Only the lucky '87 and '88 1300 owners got cruise control! The rest of us have to squeeze tennis balls to be able to go more than 50 miles! Well, some of us have those scary throttle grip locks!

Oh I know all about those throttle locks, I had one on my GPZ550 at least it was "slightly" better than nothing.
