California CARB and exhaust

Ok so I live in the land of the fruits and nuts..... I have a 2011 Vulcan Voyager 1700ABS. I am having a problem finding a Slip On exhaust that can be shipped to California everything seem not to meet the CARB requirements. My model year does not have an O2 sensor....
Any suggestions?

You didn't mention which brand slip-on you're looking at installing, but I went with Cobra Oval. Sounds great, easy install.
