Neal since you will be coming to Louisiana soon you need to know that Phil is full of it. You see we have our own prognosticator here and he is a nutria called Pierre Shadow. Pierre assures us he definitely did not see his shadow. Of course we Cajuns have been know to have a wee nip of the bottle with our blacken catfish and it is quite possible he was so tipsy that he COULDN'T see his shadow.
