I'd ride it! Only with more chrome. I went to a trike show couple of summers ago, one of the trikes had a huge Chevy V8 engine in it, with valve covers that read "GM - TRIKE DIVISION"

Gene,that is just what I thought when I saw it 
I would think a Ford 300 six would be able to pull it with out straining though
