Kinda weird here too ! ....after weeks of waiting, my carb float valves finally came in , got the carbs back together. and back on the bike this morning while it was pouring down rain , then the rain stopped and I took the 88' out for a test ride ,

Then it started pouring down rain again, .....back to the garage......then the rain stopped , sun came back out......repeat ! at least the carbs are all good now !...................

Re: no riding this week end
Here in NC the weather was just right. So Trisha and I did a short three day road trip to Western NC. After weeks of reading about everyone putting miles on there Voyagers it felt good to be out riding.

Re: no riding this week end
I had an OK weekend riding, starting with a 32 mile parts run for work on Friday, then a 128 mile ride on Saturday.
Sunday the weather was not good for riding, kept the bike in the garage.I Even got 10 miles on the Cushman after cleaning and setting the points
I wish Cushman would not have put them behind the flywheel

Re: no riding this week end
Spring is here in Louisiana. The stormy weather trend has started but so far the rain and storms have passed through during the evening hours and not affected the days. Some wind has been gusty at times but the temps have been great 67 degrees in the morning with highs in the low 80's. I am going to try to make the Veterans Home ride in Jennings on the 8th. Hoping for a nice day.

Yes ! the 88' is now good to go any where ! no one here says they are gonna ride it to the rally tho .....I am taking my 03' , likely will be pulling my trailer this year.
I put some miles on the 88' over the weekend....... all good now !
